I’ve been training with Marius for about 6 to 8 months, and I think there are three reasons why I’ve seen more and better effects, working with him than with any other trainer. The first is that he took a lot of time at the beginning to understand my goals and help shape them. So he understood what was feasible and in what time frame and helped craft a plan to help me get to where I wanted to go. The second was that I travel a lot, and he’s very good about keeping me honest on the road. He sends regular workouts and, works out with me over FaceTime or Zoom or whatever.
And the 3rd and possibly most important one is that no two workouts are ever the same. So even if we’re doing the same kind of part of the body, it’s always varied in terms of the exercises we do, the number of sets, the number of reps, the tempo. And I think all of this has helped me see results faster, under his training than with anyone else.

The first is I achieved the goal, which was great. The second is that Marius is very knowledgeable. He’s a ex-professional athlete, and that really shows in his understanding of the body and how it works rather than just reaching short term goals. And the third is that he’s got to know me very well and my set up and what’s realistic for me in order to achieve my goals. And the main consequence of that is he’s very good with my children, which is exclusive to any working parents that are interested in training. But he gets working around kids and doesn’t mind my kids being around when we’re training, which is helpful because they’re always around. And so, yeah, big fan of Marius.
