Marius has deep knowledge of the body, many varied years of training experience and high emotional intelligence. In other words, he gets your body AND you. That combo (which I’ve not seen in the many, many personal trainers I’ve seen — including celebrity trainers!) is rare, delivered incredible (and fast) results and makes training good fun. For the first time, I was able to gain a few kilos of muscle (in legs and bum) in spite of a very busy work/life schedule. I am rarely ever sore, and he gives very simple and accessible nutrition advice to support training results. His expertise is worth every £ he charges and more.

I have been working with Marius since January 2023 and the changes I’ve noticed in my physical health but perhaps more importantly my mental health are massive! I originally signed up on a set deal for a Christmas special offer (after a recommendation from my sister-in-law) but I have enjoyed the sessions and seen such a positive difference that I have now extended on a monthly programme. Marius has a great ability to vary the sessions, keep them engaging and fun whilst also testing you when necessary. He is always around for questions on activity and nutrition etc (even when I am away with work) which has also been a major help to me. My major takeaway from the last few months is the need to invest the time to build a decent base level of fitness that I can develop. I wish I had done it sooner but at least l now I can keep up with my two little boys!

I've known Marius for over a year. I first started training with him as a 40+ year old working mother. I felt tired, unfit and suffered from lower back pain. Within a couple of weeks my back pain went away, I felt stronger, more flexible and my energy levels increased. His sessions are varied and interesting. Marius is not only a very knowledgeable PT, he is also smart and fun to be around. He's made me enjoy exercise again and I can say I feel better now than I did in my 20's. This guys deserves 5 ⭐

Working out with Marius was the best decision by far. I have sciatic condition and was scared of weights. Before training with Marius I used to always get injured so my time in the gym was always stop start. Since working with Marius my life has changed and only for the better.
